	2002 Hudson River Blues, BBQ and Fireworks
	On August 25, 2002, we joined some blues greats at the annual Blues Barbeque and Fireworks festival. Bringing together exceptional blues music with NYC’s finest BBQ restaurant fare, the stage was set at New York City's Pier 84. On the bill performing were Eric Bibb, Corey Harris, Sapphire, Tinsley Ellis, the legendary Taj Mahal and us. The BBQ was equally impressive with eats from NY restaurants Blue Smoke, Brothers Bar B Que, Emily's, Tennessee Mountain, Virgil's Real BBQ. To make it complete, the evening was capped off with an impressive NYC fireworks display. Here's some shots from the fireworks earlier in the day.
