Any music that is made available to download from this site is the copyrighted work of PacificSol and/or its suppliers unless otherwise noted. Music is made available for downloading solely for use by end users. Any reproduction or redistribution of the music is expressly prohibited by law. Further, copying or reproducing the music to any other site for further distribution is prohibited.

Logos, graphics, image and documents from the PacificSol website may not be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by PacificSol. The documents may include inaccuracies or errors and PacificSol will make changes and improvements without notice.

All orders for items in stock will be shipped within 7 days of confirmed order receipt. Shipping method in the U.S. is standard first class mail unless requested otherwise. For alternative shipping methods, additional charges may incur. For out-of-stock items, you will be notified of lead time estimate at the time of order.

You may return any unopened item, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). Restrictions apply (see tables on merchandise below).  PacificSol is not responsible for lost returns.  If you would like to make a return, email solbiz@pacificsol.com with the item, reason for return and order number (if available). A Customer Service representative will contact you as soon as possible regarding your return. 

Please allow 4-6  weeks for domestic (U.S.) returns to be processed. If you paid by check, you will be issued a refund check mailed to the billing address. If you paid by credit card, a credit will automatically be issued to the credit card used for purchase.  

PacificSol is not responsible for lost returns.

Postage is not guaranteed for returns. Customer agrees to pay for return postage and re-shipping postage. No charges will be incurred for re-stocking

Additional Specific Return Information by Item

CDs	CDs can only be returned if UNOPENED. If opened, due to copyright nature of the material, all sales are final and no returns or credit will be provided for any reason. For FREE CD offer, no returns for any reason.
Downloads	Due to copyright nature of the material, all sales are final. No returns or credit will be provided for any reason. Customers are reminded of the copyright and duplication limitations on the original material. All rights are reserved as noted. Unauthorized duplication is prohibited by applicable law.
Apparel	No refunds or credit for T-Shirts, Long Sleeve T-Shirts, Sweatshirts and Tank Tops. Exchanges are allowed for size changes. All apparel must be returned without wear and good condition for exchange consideration. All exchange criteria subject to PacificSol discretion upon receipt. If return is accepted, no charges will be incurred for re-stocking. Postage is not guaranteed for apparel returns. Customer agrees to pay for return postage and re-shipping postage.
Caps	No returns or credit will be provided for any reason. All sales are final.
Ticket Tickets s	No returns or credit will be provided for Bay Music Festival tickets for any reason. All sales are final.
